Summit Ridge
Data Center

100 MW Data Center located in Utah County, Utah.  Expected operational and availability date is Q1 2027.  This site has 95MW to the IT equipment.  Project is currently in full design.  Equipment onsite expected to break ground early summer.

Nebo Peak
Data Center

200 MW Data Center located just south of Summit Ridge.  This site is on 243 acres, near I-15, multiple dark fiber lines, and permits for project.
